Volunteer opportunities
The volunteers on our team are people who want to use their skills and talents while gaining the personal satisfaction of helping others. These men, women and young adults provide caring and compassionate support throughout the hospital. Volunteers may choose from a broad range of activities, including those that provide patient contact and those that do not. Volunteer activities include:
- Clerical office work Comfort rounding with patients
- Kindness Kart participation
- Navigator for patients and families
- Pet therapy
- Reading program (Born to Read)
- Visitor for patients
Apply to become a volunteer
Please note that volunteers will be required to complete an application, obtain medical clearance and have a background check, and must be able to volunteer a minimum of 150 hours per year.
